Orlando Foods is looking for a Data Entry Specialist that will work directly with our Operations and Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Integrate with Sales Team Directly Proactively process customer orders and electronically file shipping documents, customer POs, and more Confirm and proofread orders to vendor upload in paperless environment Review vendor invoices for accuracy and update our ERP (Sage) with any changes Provide customer service via telephone, email and other communication methods Maintain system data accurately Enter customer container orders Work with vendor's requests and keep the system updated Willing to take on department tasks as needed Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/OneNote/Sharepoint) and MS Teams.
Understanding of the sales process with customer service experience.
Must have excellent customer service, communication (oral and written), and follow-up skills.
A proactive approach to support and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Must be detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple priorities without losing details.
Ability to critically think through multiple-step process and follow up on several details.
Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
High sense of responsibility, organization, service attitude, sense of urgency, teamwork and work well under pressure and in a team environment Job Type:
