Duties- - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Recruit caregivers and hire/onboard - Assist office manager with any additional tasks - Scheduling - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Requirements- - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Previous experience in customer support or clerical work is beneficial Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
