Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls with poise and professionalism.
Address inquiries, schedule appointments, and offer information while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
? Efficient Data Entry:
Accurately enter patient information and medical records into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while ensuring all records are up-to-date.
? Document Scanning:
Contribute to the digital transformation of our practice by scanning and organizing important documents into our electronic database, improving accessibility and reducing paper clutter.
? Appointment Coordination:
Utilize your organizational prowess to manage patient appointments seamlessly.
Coordinate appointments, including complex procedures, and optimize scheduling for both patients and healthcare providers.
? Appointment Confirmations:
Maintain a proactive approach to confirm upcoming appointments with patients, minimizing no-shows and ensuring the schedule runs efficiently.
Insurance Verification and Precertification:
Play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth reimbursement process.
Obtain and verify insurance information, assist in precertification for procedures, and liaise with insurance providers to facilitate accurate billing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical front desk or administrative role is preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and composure.
Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
