To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service.
You should be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ultimately, you will help craft our delicious food and fruit bouquets and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities Work between the front of the house and back of the house operations Expertly create menu items and food bouquets to fulfill orders Abide by with safety and hygiene regulations Greet all guest and give quality customer service Skills Work experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Clover Good math and reporting skills Customer service attitude Communication with co-workers Availability to work within opening hours (e.
