- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels - Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Maintain office cleanliness and organization - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Provide administrative support to staff as needed Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficient in office management tasks and procedures - Experience working in a medical office setting is preferred - Knowledge of order entry systems and processes - Familiarity with various phone systems and their functionalities - Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks - Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Previous experience as an office clerk or receptionist, preferably in a medical or dental setting We offer competitive pay based on experience.
