Graphic Production Assistant Graphics Department in Glen Rock Opici Graphics Department is in search of a part-time (20-25 hrs, flexible hours) Graphics Production Assistant.
The position has the potential to become full-time with some designer responsibilities.
The assistant will be trained to operate our Canon printer, automatic programming cutter, laminator and scoring machine to produce final prints with instructions.
Coordinate with team members on shipping process and bringing packages to the warehouse (in the same building).
Responsibility for the online business card ordering system for all eligible employees.
Job Responsibilities - Printing and/or scanning designs and documents.
- Cutting, laminating, scoring, and mounting wine lists, table tents, shelf talkers, case cards, labels and etc.
- Processing shipments and bringing packages to the warehouse.
- Ordering and distributing business cards for all states.
- Inform team members of the production status.
Qualifications - A good Team player.
- Good verbal and email communication skills.
- Accuracy when following instructions and detail oriented.
- Well organized and tidy.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
- Efficient and able to handle deadlines.
- Some (paper boxes) lifting is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful.
